Beautifully designed by a local Byron Bay architect, the River Pavilion is thoughtfully sited to embrace the breathtaking views and running water sounds of the Wilson's river.
In line with our vision for sustainable and sympathetic homes, the Pavilion will be hand crafted from Blackbutt timber sustainably sourced and milled from the Coorabell Ridge property.
Rainforest Walking Trail
Over 4kms of signposted walking trails will provide residents with an opportunity to keep fit and healthy while staying connected with nature.
There are endless hidden treasures to be found amongst the ferns, giant ancient trees, moss covered boulders, different varieties of mushroom, crystal lined creeks, Australian wildlife, all spread throughout over 60 acres of pristine rainforest pockets and Eucalypt parklands.
